![]() Graf Zeppelin is unique in that’s its dive bomber reticle is circular so you can approach from an angle and get the same results. Unfortunately they are ridiculously unreliable. The have the same great speed (and great pen as a consequence) as the torpedo bombers but they are also just a fragile. These are also a bit on the fragile side and you don’t get a large squadron like Kaga. ![]() It’s a shame the torps are rather slow and that you find yourself having to lead the target significantly even on point blank drops and the damage isn’t that great. Her torpedo bombers can move at an insane 253 knots stock. Which is a shame because she’s rather dependent on them do deal with Destroyers. While the damage they do individually is pretty good, their small quantity doesn’t make them the best DD hunting weapons. Her attack aircraft aren’t as relatively zippy as her airplanes are and only two of them attack at a time with eight rockets. Sadly though her secondariess may be her best weapon for dealing with DDs. If you’re in a DD you might want to consider dealing with A GZ exclusively with stealth torps. Their hit chance and damage output is pretty good too. The one really stand out feature are her secondaries, which can reach out to 9.8 KM with a full secondary build. Graf Zeppelin has pretty average speed, AA, and durability. In summery she’s got fast planes but their survivability and damage leaves a lot to be desired.īut let’s start with the CV itself. Sorry this one took a few more days than promised but I needed to really play the GZ to be sure I was right about her.
